Custom orders typically take 6-8 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity and current order volume. We'll provide you with a detailed timeline when we confirm your order.
Do you offer delivery and setup services?
Yes! We offer white glove delivery service for all furniture pieces. Our team will deliver, unpack, and position your items exactly where you want them in your home.
What materials do you use for your products?
We use only sustainably sourced hardwoods including oak, walnut, maple, and cherry. All our materials are FSC certified and finished with low-VOC, eco-friendly products.
Can I visit your workshop?
Absolutely! We love showing customers our process. Please call ahead to schedule a visit during our workshop hours. We offer guided tours and consultations for custom projects.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for catalog items in original condition. Custom pieces cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect, which we'll repair or replace free of charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping may be available for smaller items. Please contact us for specific international shipping quotes.
